Terms of Payment
Full payment is required before receiving access to any of our online course material. All refund and credit requests will be dictated by our refund policy without exception and/or that of our affiliate entities.

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Trimark People Solutions Incorporated. Applicable Laws
Use of this or any affiliated website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Provincial courts located in British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that the venue is proper in those courts.

Return & Refund Policy
Online Training: Refunds are available for unopened online training courses if requested within 90 days of purchase. If it takes more than 90 days, a digital credit coupon will be issued to the original purchaser. Coupons do not have an expiry date and may be used on one or multiple purchases as needed until the value is used.

In-class Training: Classroom training courses may be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 business days before the scheduled training date, after which the full training price will not be refunded.

Account Suspension/Deletion

Trimark People Solutions Incorporated may suspend, modify, terminate or delete any account at any time for any abuse of our system, including without limitation a violation of these Terms and Conditions or working for or with direct competing companies or their affiliate programs.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

  • The type(s) of Personal Information that we collect from or about you and the manner in which we collect or access such Personal Information, depending on the nature of your relationship with us.
  • We collect information directly from Clients or Account Holders, including name, email address, phone number, city, province/state, postal/zip code, business name, industry, profile photo, and payment card information.
  • We may also record training sessions with Attendees using the record feature on the videoconferencing platform. In this case, we may collect Attendees’ image/video likeness and any Personal Information shared during the session.
  • We automatically collect certain information about Website Visitors, including IP address(es), browser type and version, geographic location, and operating system version. Any device or other method of communication you use to interact with our Services, including device identifiers. Additional information includes: How you got to our Services and any links you click on to leave; Pages you view, including your interactions with any videos we offer; When you update your information, communicate with us, or order new Services; Metadata about your use of our Services and emails we send to you (including clicks and opens); Metadata about how your customers, contacts, and users interact with the Services we provide you; Issues you encounter requiring our support or assistance 
  • We store the data we collect in various places within our infrastructure, including system log files, back-end databases, and analytics systems through cookies and other tracking technologies such as web beacons.
  • If you opt-in to receive our marketing communications, we may collect Personal Information from you, including your name, email address, and preferences regarding our marketing communications.
  • If you contact us, whether, through our Website, email, or by telephone, we may collect any Personal Information you disclose to us in the contact form, in your email, or during our telephone conversation, including your name, email address, telephone number, city and province, company, preferences regarding our marketing communications, and the nature of your inquiry.
  • If you are a user of the BIS platform, your company administrator or designated representative may grant us access to additional Personal Information on the platform, including telephone or mobile phone number, profile name, image or avatar, employee ID number, employee department, job title, or worksite location, city, province/state, country, and postal code/zip code, and any other Personal Information submitted to or contained inaccessible records on the BIS platform.

How Do We Use Personal Information?

  • The purpose(s) for which we use your Personal Information also depend on your relationship with us.
  • We use recordings of training or demo sessions with Attendees for quality assurance, audit control, training with the Attendees and/or their representative, and internal training purposes to improve current and future training and/or content services.
  • We may use the Personal Information of Clients or Account Holders to verify your identity; manage our relationship with you (e.g., registering your account; notifying you about changes to this Policy, asking you to leave a review or take a survey); and/or perform a contract we have with you, including to provide Services you have subscribed for. Client payment card information is used to manage payments, fees, and charges and collect and recover money owed to us. Contact information may be used to send you general (non-marketing) commercial communications, including those relating to safety training you have subscribed to receive from us.
  • The information that we collect automatically from Website Visitors is used to provide and administer the Website and the Services and manage internal operations, including for troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes, and to develop the Website and the Services to improve your experience. Website Visitors’ information may be combined with other information in order to form a view of what products, services and offers may be of interest to you and to assist us in providing you with relevant advertising or marketing.
  • The Personal Information of Subscribers is used to send you tailored communications to keep you informed about products, Services, and promotions that may be relevant to you.
  • The Personal Information of Contacts is used to answer your question or investigate and respond to your comment or complaint, to establish and manage a relationship with you, and to otherwise provide customer service or assistance to you.
